Complaint about the service at dstv

It is so disappointing to be disconnected after I paid on time on the 7th and today the 8th got disconnected and told to send proof of payment from their useless watsup and told they can't see it its not clear but the same proof I sent to their pop section they were able to see it having to phone from 13:35 up until 16:45 for me to be connected and this lady told me that she can see the proof of payment but for the past 3hrs I was sent from pillar to post and wasted my airtime for an problem that was not even there. Can you please advise me on this one
