COMPLAINT ABOUT DSTV AND ABSA BANK

I am totally disappointed with DSTV! I paid on the 16th APRIL for a years renewal 1st May 2019 to 30th April 2020. I have been cut off 3 times and now still cut off due to NON PAYMENT? Proof of payment sent 4 times though? 2 days ago I managed to chat to DSTV again to ask what is going on - as DSTV NEVER reply to emails?!? I was told that the ABSA bank details I had used were incorrect as DSTV change bank details in NOVEMBER. However being a yearly subscriber when I had to ASK for my invoice to renew - no NEW details were given to me. Anyway now that we have found this out - MY MONEY HAS STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED to my account???? So again have been asking DSTV where is my MONEY? Well surprise - I am still waiting for someone to contact me via email or telephone as I have given all my details! ABSA have not returned my funds so WHERE IS MY MONEY???
