Complaint

I just regret buying their router.... So I bought their router it only worked for two days tried calling them several times but they made a fool out of me telling me that it will work after a couple of hours... I called maybe 4 days they kept on tell me that.... Then day 5 they told me to go to a work in store I did go at spriutview multichoice they also couldn't help me they told me the router is faulty I should call multichoice so that they will replace it...

Of which I did I have been calling multichoice it 3 weeks now but no one is assisting me.

Mind you they debit my money for a router that is not working on top of that I have to buy airtime and call them

So I just called I wanted to cancel the internet thing the just dropped the call on me

I'm so disappointed and devistated at the moment cause wow I never expected such ***********s from them
