If there was an option for no star, I'd opt for it,Dstv has no ethics,their systems and agents cannot provide accurate information,and to top it,their complaints email provided to customers by them is not active,it is there to apologise to you,like their employees,and automated messages you will receive repeatedly instead of a solution to your problem.I am appalled by the service from their chat agent Ntshembo this morning,after having experienced multiple mockery customer services in the past,it is clearly a norm to multichoice to disservice their clientele,pathetic service provider.
