5 days ago I went to multichoice at Mall of the South to swap my decoder the guy that was helping me was drunk and he said I can leave it and fetch it after 30 minutes and I paid R290 for swaping then when I go back to fetch my decoder he told me their system is down I should come back the next day even today I have no recieved my decoder everytime I go there they tell me stories I want my decoder please help me ***
