I bought decorder an i went tho mydstv self service to get it activated an went to livechat spoke to consultant which tbey ask details before. Names an physical address the the decorder serial number after i gave thaf info he came back an calling by other name apparently that was mysister in law name we share same physical address this person rwgistered the decorder under mysister in law without mysister qithout my concern tried to explained to her an she disappeared tried to go back an speak to them an the person was gone others tried to help but i was told long procedures who to maje change of ownership an telling me that they can assist me before mysister in law settle her overdue of R237 now i ask how come now i pay all this which was not mymistake it was my first time buying decoder now they said i should gt the screeshot of conversation cause they say the dont see anything which i believe that consultant deleted the conversation. Please help me i can pay for mistake which was not for me an again how come now i cant login to my dstv app as i dnt knw if they blocked it or what happened. I need mydstv activated asap.
