Complaint

I've been billed for explora 3 decoder which I haven't received at all and I requested you guys to cancel / remove that product from my account.

Now expected amount to pay by me is R 3724.67 on the 26 June 2021 why I don't know. I know you will disconnect my services for no reason like you used to do. Month of May 2021 was the worst of the all.

Myservices are as follow Compact R409 and PVR access function R105 and Access Subscription decoder R115 which is equal to R629.00 the rest I do not know. Reference NUMBER NIC- 584898. Customer number ***4
