Complaint

I want to express my anger towards Multichoice and their customer service consultants who have been nothing but non helpful,rude,have shown no sense of sympathy and have given me a complete run around.I have a problem which now it has been four months of me following up with multiple references,long calls of being transferred from pillar to post, whenever I request for a manager I'm being told they're not available. I spoke to Ayanda Magwaza who assured me all will be followed upon as she promised to create a case and I would therefore receive feedback which now it is a month later but there's no solution to my problem and no one has bothered to call me back . Iam very upset and disappointed of Multichoice service to their customers. Can someone call or atleast assist with a solution to my problem as I'm still paying and with no fail do I ever miss payments. I need assistance by someone who atleast knows their job because so far everyone I've spoken to seems to be failing to assist accordingly. I would appreciate consistent and urgent help.
