Complaint

The service is very bad, i paid my DSTV on the 04/07/19 and it has been off since, everytime i call they tell me the problem is on their side but they dont fix the problem. Everytime i call they have time to verify the details and dont fix what ever it is they need to fix i had to call 4 times today to get the connection back and the agents will tell you that they not allowed to call back. the service is very BAD i must say so what happens to the days i paid and i was not connected ?
