COMPLAINT
So last night I discover, after paying for the full package the DSTV does not cater for EFL Cup from UK this season. Was all excited to watch and to my dismay it wasn't aired. So I called the call center this morning and they explained to me that it does not make financial sense to take out the license again. Also, they cannot confirm whether the FA Cup will be screened as they are still negotiating. BUT the rental increased for the clients and THEY GIVE US STERLING SERVICE. Like SERIOUSLY??? What do we pay for????

As we have been unable to reach commercial terms with the rights holder, we have not acquired broadcast rights to the Caraboa Cup.

21 Sept 2017, 15:39REALLY!!! And this helps me HOW??? You people simply did not renew this license as it does not make financial sense! I take out a full package expecting to get what I got last year. BUT I actually get LESS and pay more :-(. RIDICULOUS and very disappointing.
