Complaint

So today after a long day trying to get myself a new DStv explora from OK,PEP,GAME and Checkers.. I decided to go straight at MultiChoice(George Western Cape)to get what I wanted because I couldn't get at any of the above mentioned stores.. I must say,I have never felt so belittled and undermined by a lady who is a receptionist there..Just after I greeted her and starting asking questions she started giggling and never stop to such an extent that I was pulled out of the store by my colleague and he told me that there's no way I'm going to get help... I'm so so heart broken and I love sports so much but that lady made me lose all my love for DStv...!!💔💔💔
