Complaining about useless dstv internet and poor customer service

Their dstv internet is useless and the customer service department is also useless. For over a week I bought dstv internet and it has never worked. I spent everyday calling and calling and they keep escalating and making empty promises. The internet is not working at all. 2days ago I canceled they told me they will arrange for pickup only for them to deduct my money and didn't cancel now they want a cancelation fee for what? After today they will want full fee as it's my payment day today and they app won't allow me to cancel until October.
