Complaining

I'm flamagusted with the service of DSTV. I received a call from a lady called Busisiwe Mlangeni who demanded i pay R230 that i "owe". When i try to understand why i owe since i pay annually she started to shout. I ask for the recording of our conversation, she said i need a lawyer to make such a request. Annoyed client
