I'm writing this email with great sadness regarding multichoice which I have been paying my package of R470 in previous months..but unfortunately this month they blocked my current account when I call them this morning at 09:20 and was talking with their consultant(Mpilo Zongo)and explained everything . He promised to get it resolved before 3`o'clock after speaking with their finance officials to clear the other account which was supposed to be canceled a long time ago and hasn't call me back till this hour because it is no longer working and I'm only aware of the one that I always pay ..may I be helped as this has been happening for quite some time now it happened last year October/November and I paid R271and went to three rivers branch ,they said its internet which I don't know but paid instead to close the second account and the account was ok but now again they say I owe the dish which resulted in blocking my current activated account
You or they can check on the system with my ID number ***

Multichoice has not yet rep**** till this hour what Is the way forward from here because nothing has been done as they require me to pay that amount of R271 which I don't know can I please be helped as soon as possible because my current activated account is still blocked
