I TOOK MY DECODER TO MULTICHOICE IN JUNE BECOUSE IT WAS NOT WOKING WHEN I GOT THERE WAS ASSITED BY THE GUY NAMED SIFISO. HE DID NOT mansion any thing about me paying for repairs. I was so socked when I got home yesterday it was not playing it says my acc has been suspended for what now. when I phoned the say I owe R790 they added the money for repairs for what Couse was not told about that. I am highly disappointed at them never got such service since been with them since 2008. and the lady who helped me on the phone said must pay and not complain as my decoder was repaired. if was told was going to be better. please your staff at multichoice must be thought customer service Couse really if was told was not going to have a problem of paying
