Complain

Their service is not professional I asked them to change payment date for me a lady by Nelisiwe said on 28 of December she said everything is fine done.

To my surprise 03jan they switched it off I contacted them how come cause I asked for 15 she even told me I will pay extra on that 15 I said its fine .they said I must R100 in order for them to open my Dish

I was so ****ed because I asked them nicely and Nelisiwe said everything is done the second person who helped didn't even bother to tell me name they are so unprofessional at multi choice
