Good day

Today i got the worst services of my life from a consultant named Nqubeko from P.E

For the first time i was told a call centre floor of a respected big company like multichoice has one supervisor who is a manager and supervisor at the same time

I was further advised that they are not allowed to disclose thier supervisor or manager name

I manage to get this their manager name and email from a good consultant from randburg multichoice

I am deeply disappointed that other cuatomers might experience the same thing, i wrote an email to manager Hlubi and i idnt get any feedback as yet

I am worried about how multichoice train thier stuff people dont deserve this treatment
