I Thabo Tapi in *** number *** ***. Today as usual I check my balance wht I need to pay on my dstv account. Wow Its show me R747. 53 I call them to explain to me how did I get in to tht amount. Thy cnt explain. Bec I did invin ask them to check my previous month how much I was paying thy cn see I was paying R555. Last month this month is my last month of my 24 months contract thy didn't call me to check if I stil want it or wht do I wanna do to my account. Now thy telling me it's for service.

26 Apr 2024, 15:01I didn't received any call from you multichoice. I am not happy at all. Whn u sell me the Wi-Fi router u dnt me it's may router whn I'm failing to understand. I cnt use th route I both from u multichoice. I wnt to buy myself a date. Pay as u use. But I cnt because u multichoice u block it. So wht is a use to buy a item pay it for 2 years. But at th end of th contract. I cnt use my route as I wnt. U telling me I need to take a contract with you again. So tell me wht i must do with this wi-fi router?
