Complain and unhappy custoner

Im so disgusted with the service i got from the call centre, lack of product knowledge, every onsultant i speak to gives me a different story .i was promised a call back by Sthembiso the consultant sayihg the supervisor will call me, nothing till this point, i spoke to Luen who hang up on me after being on the phone with him for over 20min, i called back and my call was routed to Easten Cape were i spoke to Babalwa who said no escalatio was done by Sthembiso and that i should not expect a call and she did the same thing and hung up on me....the lack of customer service fron DSTV is so out of this world ...sies
