Complain against multichoice and its staff

My name is Simphiwe Tladi ID. ***.Since Friday, my service was suspended, without owing anything.. It was later restored, but im unable to watch recorded movies, no catch up, no box office no pause no rewind and my explora come with all that n that is the reason I decided to buy it to start with. I have been calling multichoice since Friday,spoke to several people who couldn't help me who keep saying they're reconnecting me but are failing dismally. Please can someone URGENTLY fix this problem. This incomptetency is Ludicrous. I think multichoice is a just a money maker and has no desire to deliver. This is a day light *******.
