Complain about multichoice

I really have a serious problem regarding multichoice, since Wednesday the 20th, DSTV not showing everytime it says no signal, when I call they said I must look for an accredited instaler, who is going to pay because I can't pay as I am paying them every month. It's been 9 days not watching television
