Complain about false marketing

Well I have a similar problem of false marketing ii received a explora decoder. From sms I received it was suppose to given to me for free since I'm an old costumer which means I wasn't suppose any amount but then I later noticed that money was deducted in my account . According to consumer protection act when marketing a good or service all cost must be shown (no hidden costs) I'm so disappointed they should solve this asap
