Good day Multi choice agent Snothile Khumalo is useless i called them 10mins,ago regarding a issue on screen that is not showing for more then 3 weeks even more.. From. My perspective its a resetting isue that that can do or do a hardware updrade becoz, its constantly doing it The consultant is useless she didn't even verified my detials te start off only my name and told me to take my unite to the nearest service provide Where ahe could even pronounce the word Oak ave I am very dissapointed in the service from her she didnt even bother to try and assit and for that matter she didn't even ask what unit am i using So much for customer service
