Complain

Multichoice is one the bad thing I ever have, since I paid for my subscription and wifi on the 15 even today they did not load my data they keep telling me that I should wait for 24hrs,,, I tired many times to talk to them since well I am using my data to do my work. I want to know what step should I take now because they will never call you. You must be the one who calls them everyday.
