Complain

I have had the worst experience with Dstv over the past few days, I paid my Dstv on the 25/07/2019 around 9:00 In the morning but to my surprise I received an SMS on the 30th advising my account will be suspended if payment is not made. I called them And send through proof of payment and the guy I spoke to advised me payment will be allocated and I was connected, on the 6th August I received another SMS saying I must pay R140 For reconnection I called and spoke to a lady who advised me the very same thing I was advised on the 30th.to my surprise today I got the same SMS saying I must pay R160 when I call they told me my subscription is R105..this is bull **** as I got an SMS on the 24th July advising me of the payment I should make.. The service is nonsense
