Complain

I need clarity. We been paying R100 since last year until last month when the bill is R254,When we asked why they said is because of showmax, I never subscribed the showmax and I don't want it. We tried to call customer care, they can't cancel it. Can someone please help me cancel showmax on my account. We called again to add mojalove channel first agent said we must pay R160 second agent said we must pay R340. Now the bill is R470. In 1 month we gonna spend R724 on dstv that crazy man
