Complain

I’m Thabo Tapi I call DStv last month abt my account was was so high.nd th lady told me .th parson who sing u in to this account of a DStv nd router she put u into 2 accounts this who u are so high ur payment.so thy need to resign u again.so tht was the last time DStv call me I send email.facebook.but no one help me .then I send a email tht I wanna cancel this I was told to take a router to any DStv shops of i whn to mall of the south.I was told thy can’t take it .nd th kn multichoce shops dnt take returns goods .now my DStv is closed . I called to to multichoce the guy told me he wil come back to me at 13:00 .but now is 16:00 no one ever come back.nd thy do this every time whn I call to them .now is a week my DStv is off nd block
