Complain

Iam a Dstv customer for many years, which before I upgraded to the explora I was happy with my old compact in which the was no hidden charges nor uninformed subscriptions which I don't know of or the balance brought forward in which still today I don't know off .... tried to call customer service but still no help till today, Iam always paying the balance brought forward for what???? They tell me I have been not paying full amount to my subscription but to think of dstv wouldn't play if I don't pay in full and yet ... the is Disney + in which I don't even have acc of nor login details for it .... but it's included in my subscription I tried canceling it but even today nothing lately DSTV nje is robbing people and iam not happy with it... iam very disappointed and this access fee which I don't know off ... but before the was no such things in my subscription...thank you
