Competition to **** force package upgrade

I'm a compact viewer..then I entered dstv rewards competition and I won free premium package view for a month from beginning of January. I was told not to do the switch myself they'll do it automatically on their side of with they did the, now the month is over and I'm expecting to pay Premium price. My dstv has been disconnected since the8/2/2022 called their service line ever since to get it fixed spoke to different consultants and they kept saying they escalating it to manager/ the latest consultant said escalating to price lock. My question is if it was that easier to change it to premium even though it was still on price lock...why now struggle to change it back after the competition. I feel like they're forcing me to change the package. Haven't got any feedback from them regarding this query. I'm so disappointed...even thinking of leaving it disconnected and be left with watch showmax
