<p>My name is Sifiso Masango ID ********** 725084and I recently won a DSTV Explora with 3months free premium subscription, installation and access fee on Kaya FM on the 2nd of March 2017. I received an e-mail stating all the details regarding my prize the next day. The email stated that I needed to sign the attached document, go to any Dstv and collect my prize. I immediately went to the DStv branch in Randburg where to my surprise, no one knew any thing about Competitions and Prizes. However the ladies there were nice enough to try and get hold of the contact person in the e-mail who's name is Cleo Zwane. Cleo did not answer his landline nor his cellphone when those ladies tried to get hold of him. I was then directed to go to the DStv Multichoice City where Cleo works. I waited for him for over an hour, apparently he was in a meeting the whole time. Eventually when I got to speak to him, he said he was waiting for Kaya FM to send him all the winners of that week and he would call each one of us either Monday the 6th of March, latest Tuesday the 7th of March 2017. I came back home empty handed and patiently waited for his call back. Until on Thursday the 9th of March 2017. Where I was really getting worried from not hearing from anyone from Dstv and stressing about the fact that the fine print said I could forfeit my prize should I not claim in 5working days. </p> <p>I have tried calling KayaFm all they can say to me is that they have done their part and its now up to DStv. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am writting this review because I am really exhausted from trying to get hold of Cleo and with several messages left for him by me and through his reception. He hasn't bothered to revert back to me.</p> <p>I still have the email that was sent to me, as well as a recording that states how and what i won.</p> <p> </p> <p>Right now, I need no explanations,but my Dstv connected by this Friday with all the benefits that I won. </p> <p>Please Help...!</p> <p> </p> <p>Annoyed </p> <p>Sifiso Masango </p> <p> ********** 250</p>
