Competions no one knows about

Good Morning i won a competition thru Kofifi FM the radio station to received the HD R235 family for three months free. i have been doing follow up with DSTV as i was told from Kofif they have sent my details to DSTV already to date i have heard nothing back yet. i was told this offer is effect from end of October, we are now in the new month no one has called me as yet i am still waiting for some one to call me. i cannot understand that u can run a competion and no one can give answer what company runs a cometiton and when u call they dont no what you are speaking about. Please call may i have feedback i will be going to Hello peter at the end of the day it is just not right.
