******* company intent on fleecing customers , 0 value

We made a payment of about R1600 on about the 20th October and our service was disconnected 2 weeks later for an "amount owing".

This follows after we were forced to make two payments in September ( one which we went through a ludicrous amount of effort to get refunded because DSTV's finance team could not allocate a payment).

Who in their right mind will make another payment now knowing their finance/payments team can't allocate payments made through basic channels. And that you only get two weeks of coverage for a payment of R1600. In fact we should be refunded some of the money as we haven't full coverage for the amount that we paid.

- Query via whatsapp , can't be put through to an agent. -Call the contact centre , the call does not connect on multiple occasions. -If you do get through they put you on hold until your air time runs out. -Post a Hello Peter review , get an automated answer but eventually just ignored. -Go to the office , no one can give actual answers but they give you escalation numbers which when followed up on leads nowhere. - Agents are generally rude , don't listen and severely lack professionalism. -DSTV insurance is useless as the day we wanted to use to fix a decoder issue this claim was denied. -We cancelled the DSTV insurance and DSTV internet on our package months ago but we are still billed for this and when you ask about this all they ever tell is that this was escalated. - Finance and customer service departments are obviously gutter tier.
