Compact Showmax Fee
Showmax is currently being advertised by DStv as free for Premium subscribers and R49 for Compact users which I happen to be part of. Last month I linked my Showmax to my DStv so I can receive the advertised discount and this month I see Showmax deducted their normal R99. I called the call centre and a gentleman advised me that the deal was available for a certain window period and no longer available and that it varies from customer to customer, bamboozling right? Anyway I say thank you and hang up, tune into channel 163 and watch My Music Life Top 10 with T-Boz hosting Sello-Maake ka Ncube 16/12/2020 and there comes the advert again telling me that Showmax is R49 on my bouquet and they don't mention the special customers I was alluded to nor the fact that there are periods the deal is valid or not. Someone please call me and explain as that is false advertising, deceiving and practically conning.

It also reflect that DStv has never billed you R99.00 for Showmax. Please advise the month that you think you were billed R99.00 for Showmax. Please see below your total monthly subscription amount:
