Compact Plus upgrade horror

I saw an advert on TV advising that one can upgrade from a Compact to a Compact Plus and will pay R460.00 for 2 months then normal Compact Plus rates will apply. I then phoned the call center and was advised that I should upgrade via WhatsApp. So I did, on the st August I was charged R520 and I received an SMS advising that my insurance of R20 was not paid and will be cancelled as I made a payment of R480.00. I then sent an email to support and I did not receive a response.
