Compact plus promotion

I can't believe the service level I received this morning from the agents from the multichoice call center. I can't believe that interactions notes are not left after the interaction between the member and agent. The agent this morning told me that he can't see who I spoke to last night. I had to repeat myself numerous times. Don't think he practically listened to anything I said. Please fix my problem for the promotion that ended yesterday as per the agent of which I subscribed on whatsapp and received confirmation from the whatsapp back and from Samkelisiwe last night when I called.
