Compact Package is now R2500 . Broad ****************.

On the 3rd of September, we decided to upgrade our package to Compact for R409 +extra view access for 110. The bill shouldn't have been billed more than R600. However, we have spent well over 1hour on phone trying to explain how the bill has become R2500 for the Compact package. I'm told we added another package like MOVIES for 99 and some ASIAN PACKAGE FOR R270. Not so long ago we were billed for Disney but we never requested such a service. Now the bill is 5 times the normal bill. NO HAS COME BACK EVEN LUTHANDO who assured us that he would contact us from Wednesday. The consultant added the compact package to each decoder and then added the extra view PVR service. The puzzling part is that I paid for last month's service upfront. Here I am watching channel 100 no one comes back to you. spent 1 hour of life on the phone adding to global warming and nothing is being done.
