Communication useless!

YOU sent me an email (2 actually) telling me my contract is expiring starting January 2026 and that I can renew by clicking on a button and choosing a package. Nothing works and definitely not as easily as you are implying. Not app, not online, not whatsapp..... I indicated online this morning that I was interested in the 24 month Premium package for R949, and you were supposed to call. Now I will have to call and hope I get someone to understand what we want. Thanks for nothing. No wonder it is all over the news that DSTV is struggling.
