My lwanda Plaatjie situated in Cape town I've been a loyal for the past decades at multi-choice ***). 2 weeks back I got a call from one of the consultant (Zane Ngiba) stating I've won R50 000 and he wanted me to confirm my details saying yes or no and he addressed my details perfectly and that made to believe that his legit. Apparently he is one of the policy consultant and what he did is to put me on a funeral policy without concern and having me to pay extra payment on my package . So my question is how oftenly he does this to loyal customers at mutli-choice and I want this to be actioned and he needs to be disciplined. Because according to Popia act , he has committed ***** ,so please revert to me so that we can resolve the issue *** immediately.
