COLUMBINE/ MABALENG DSTV has ZERO SERVICE ! PATHETIC APPALLING
I’ve been waiting in the queue for a third party form to change banking details. HOW IS IT THAT ONE PERSON HOLDS THE FORMS AND LEAVES WITH THE KEY AND THE STAFF HAS NO ACCESS TO THE FORM? LITERALLY WAITED OVER 1 hour to get the form? WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THIS? The staff has no care in the world because it’s not their issue. This is the branch in Columbine also known as Mabaleng.
