Cobus DSTV service

I have been to Multichoice in Witbank today to swap my decoder. I was unable to do so because they have been offline for more than a week. They are unable to help me and tell me they are the only in Witbank. How csn Multichoice be offline and be unable to help me if they charge me R 1000 per month and I get no TV for it ?
