C'mon DSTV
I recently swapped decoders and my Showmax got cancelled. I am unable to get showmax linked to my account again. I am a DSTV Premium Customer. After spending 45 minutes with an agent Showmax still isn't linked and to top it all off I now have an OLD DECODER linked to DSTV Premium again. I am unable to remove this and I have been charged for it. HOW DO I FIX THIS? I do not want to pay for something that I am not able to use at all.
