Clueless,helpless and rude consultant
I spoke with one of the consultants on the dstv chat by the name of Ntshidiseng and she was so helpless and clueless. I needed to know why doesn't season 2 of Lovey Dovey Until When appear on the TV guide and catch up. She kept on informing me the season ended however its a new season that started on the 19 Dec 2022. She didn't want to escalate the matter further so IT can investigate.I am so disappointed in the service she has rendered.
