Clueless dstv agents - their absolutely useless!!!

I’m absolutely appalled at the service from this company. I’ve paid for my streaming package only to get access to the wrong low end channel selection. I keep getting error per130001ppp and nobody can assist at the call center, and their live chat is a total joke. No one is attending to live queries. Their WhatsApp is a bit that regurgitates the same bs!!! Can I kindly get access to my streaming package please!!! This is a paid for subscription, come on now l!!!
