Clueless

I call on the 31st of last month to suspend my account. The guy I spoke to told me that I will get a call later that day from them and they will suspend my account. Nobody called. I called the next day and I was told that they didn't call you. I was told that it takes 24hours and my account will be suspended. So I called today (03/09) and I was told that there is nothing that reflects on the system about the suspension on my account. The people that work there are incompetant and the service is pathetic. Thanks
