Clowns of Dstv
I have a direct debit mandate in operation with Dstv Multichoice. Every month the money is withdrawn from my account with no problem - except for this month. For no rhyme or reason, the subscription was not taken. How many companies do you know who have a mandate and yet don't use it and then, of course, suspend the service?
