Closure of channels and unfair treatment.

Sent a complaint about closure of channels on a price lock contract. Made 10 follow up and l have been told suck it up or down grade to lower package and pay even more than what l pay. The contract is doesn't allow downgrade but Dstv has closed channels and surprisingly add new channels to compact plus ect. What about compact customer that are affected by the closure of the channels.

Multichoice is full of disrespect and arrogance. What a bully that believe customer are stupid. I know my rights as a consumer.
