CLOSE DOWN YOUR CALL CENTRE

So many disgusting things happen when I phone your call centre. From dropped calls to unskilled agents with no knowledge whatsoever !!!! Team leaders who never phone back...the list goes on and on !!! <br> <br> If you value your customers at all then a senior person will phone me and sort this out !!!! It's been 2 days, 3 hours on the phone, 5 agents, 2 team leaders and still my box office payment has not been moved and my requested call backs not actioned !!!
