Clients means nothing

DSTV response after a year of trying to a get a promotion voucher sorted. And now they don't response. Clients means nothing to dstv.

As per our telephone conversation, the feedback I got in regards to the voucher is as per below.

(I can confirm that the customer was contacted multiple times on our end – please see attached from our telephony system. The customers coupon has since then expired and the promotion is now closed.)
