Client Interfaces Don't Work! Own it!
Must be the worst company when it comes to their Client interaction interfaces. Tried downgrading my package - MyDSTV App, WhatsApp Service or online Portal unable to do. And do remember (previous complaint) - one you phone and go through a myriad of options you are asked to use their "wonderful new WhatsApp Service" and sent back to the main menu! Oh did I mention the WhatsApp Service doesn't work! Add a freakin option to talk to an Operator! Tip to others - don't choose option - by the 3rd of 4th time - it reverts to a Operator. And by the way - the only reason you get 2 stars is because of Nontando who answered the phone eventually.
