Clearing an error that couldn't be cleared on the social media platforms.

Dstv customer service shucks!! I phoned in with a request to clear an arrow that couldn't be cleared op the social media platform. So the lady said from start she couldn't help me! I ask hetvto try at least because they did help me with the same problem a few months ago. She asked me if she can put me on hold for 30 to 60 seconds it went on for 10 minutes by that time I already was on the line for 37 minutes. USELESS AS F@@@@. I phoned back the second time the automotive system said "I see your are calling back " jirre what a joke. I was also holding there for almost 15 minutes. If you don't pay your account on time they disconnect you but there customer service sucks big time.
